Orders & Purchase
How do I place an order online?
To add products to your shopping cart, click on your desired item, then click on “add to cart.” To see everything in your cart, simply press the cart icon in the top right of the screen. To complete the purchase, click on the “secure checkout” button.
Price on request
These are items without a price and cannot be added to your cart.
In order to receive the price for items marked Price on Request, please leave your details and contact us. These items cannot be purchased through the website but can be purchased by phone or by visiting our showroom.
How can I find a specific item on the website?
To search for a specific item, click on the magnifier icon in the top right corner and type your desired item name into the search bar. You may also use our navigation map in the top bar by scrolling through a specific category and using filters to assist in searching.
Do I need to sign up to the website to place an order?
An order can be placed by either signing up to our website and creating an account or continuing as a guest. By signing up, you will be able to track your order and also check out faster for any future orders.
In addition, subscribers to the site can enjoy exclusive benefits such as an invitation to unique events and coupons. You can also login as a guest, but the login option does not include the benefits that registered subscribers enjoy.
How can I know if an item is in stock?
All items in stock will have an “add to cart” option. An item that is out of stock will be labeled as “SOLD OUT” and will not be available for purchase.
If you are interested in items that are out of stock, you can contact us about them. We will be very happy to assist you with finding your favorite and most suitable piece of jewelry.
How can I know if an item is in stock in stores?

How can I check if a specific item will fit me?
Specifications for each item will be listed on its page, including size, measurements, and wearing instructions. You may also visit our Size Guide to find your perfect size. For further information, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
If an item is out of stock, can I still purchase it?
No, an out-of-stock item will not be available for purchase.
Please contact us on 073-7616260 and we will be happy to find a similar piece or design a unique piece of jewelry for you.
The item I ordered does not fit me, can I change its size?
Yes, only if the item is untouched and still in its original packaging. Please contact us at 073-7616260, and we’ll be happy to assist you with getting the right size.
How do I know if my online order has been processed?
An authorization email will be sent to you immediately after your order is complete, containing all order details. If a detail is wrong or if you did not receive our email, please contact us at 073-7616260.
After making the purchase, we will call you to verify the order details. If you do not receive a phone call - contact us.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes. To purchase over the phone, you must provide a scanned copy of the ID of the credit card owner. Please contact us at 073-7616260 for more information.
What is the “wish list”?
Your “wish list” page allows you to create a list of items you like and wish to save for later by clicking the heart icon.
Can I view my order history?
Yes. To view your order history, sign in to your account and click on “My Orders.” There you will find information on all of your past orders, including details and status.
If you are a guest without an account, the information will be sent by email only.
Can I change/update any personal information on my account?
Yes. In order to change or update any personal information including username, password, email address or phone number, sign in to your account, then click on “update profile.”
Do you ship outside of Israel?
Yes. To order anywhere outside of Israel, please switch to the international site by navigating through the menu to the list of countries on the checkout page to find your currency including tax.
I forgot my password, what can I do?
Password recovery can be done by clicking on “Forgot your password?” After clicking, type the email address or user name used for the account you wish to recover, then press “send.” An email with a recovery link will be sent to you shortly after.
Is shopping online secure?
The website is fully secure and meets the highest security standards by using SSL protocols, keeping your details safe and encrypted. Payment via credit card is executed by a 3rd party company that has no access to any private information whatsoever. If you wish to guarantee maximum security, we recommend that you keep your account information private, and update your password frequently.
Isracard is PCI Compliant which is the highest level of security available.
Can I change/update any personal information on my account?
Yes. In order to change or update any personal information including username, password, email address or phone number, sign in to your account, then click on “update profile.”
Can I order a custom jewel?

Can I collect my online order at one of your boutiques?
Yes. Just select the “pick up at showroom” option at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You can contact us any time to receive information about your shipment in our chat section on the website or by calling 073-7616260, or by WhatsApp.
Payment
What payment methods are accepted online?
We accept all credit cards as payment methods.
For any other methods, please call us on 073-7616260.
Can I use cash as a payment method?
Yes, for purchases of 6,000 ILS & under only. Payment in cash is only accepted at our showrooms. Payment to the delivery person will not be accepted.
Delivery
Are there any shipping costs?
No. All online orders are eligible for free insured door-to-door delivery.
How does delivery work?
After completing your order, you will be sent an email with your order number and delivery information. The parcel will be delivered to the specified address by a delivery person on the date & time scheduled over the phone.
Is the delivery insured?
Yes. We take full responsibility for delivering your item in mint condition as specified at the time of purchase.
Can I change my delivery address after my order is processed?
To update your delivery address after your order has been processed, contact us immediately at 073-7616260.
How can I return my item?
Please contact us at 073-7616260, and we’ll collect your returned item, free of charge.
Cancellations, Returns & Replacements
Can I return my item after receiving it?
Returns/replacements are available within 14 days of receipt, for unused, fully intact items in saleable condition, packed in their original package only.
Can I cancel my order before it has been delivered?
Yes. To cancel your order, contact us at 073-7616260 as soon as possible
Can I return a custom piece?
No. Custom pieces and/or pieces with custom engravings are non-returnable and non-replaceable.
